Bowlr Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bowlrpipe.com (the "Site") and your purchase of Bowlr products, including the Lit bowl (the "Product"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and age confirmation
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from this Site where applicable. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
2. Legal use only
Bowlr products are intended for legal herbal use only where permitted. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not encourage or endorse illegal activity.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, errors, or supply constraints. If we cancel after payment is captured, we will refund the amount charged to your original payment method.
4. Pricing and taxes
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax rules. Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. Payment authorization
Payments are processed through Square and related payment networks. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total order amount (including taxes) to the payment method you provide.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only. Shipping terms, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier where permitted by law, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Terms (included there). We may refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
8. Product care and safety
Use the Product responsibly and only as intended. You are responsible for safe handling, cleaning, and storage. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use if damaged. Some materials may become hot during use.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOWLR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.
11. Chargebacks and fraud
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help. We may provide documentation to payment networks to dispute fraudulent or improper chargebacks.
12. Intellectual property
All Site content, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Bowlr or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy practices. If you do not have a Privacy Policy yet, you should add one before launch.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
