This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made at bowlrpipe.com for Bowlr products, including the Lit bowl.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is free for all orders.

3. Processing time

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Processing includes order verification, handling, and packaging.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

4. Delivery time and carriers

After processing, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

We use reputable carriers (for example USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Carrier selection may vary by destination and operational needs.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once the carrier has the package, delays outside our control may occur.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email after your order ships.

6. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail or be delayed. If a shipment is returned to us due to an address issue, we may require a reshipping fee, unless prohibited by law.

7. Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax rules.

8. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via /contact with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

9. Returns and refunds

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging where applicable
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns for items showing signs of use, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping damage.

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item) or a verified defect/damage, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

10. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will attempt to cancel it. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the returns process.
